Prestige Spas is a 100% family owned Australian Spa Manufacturing company. We also retail a huge range of pumps, heaters, blowers, chemicals, and fittings for pools and spas. We stock a range of bathroom products including mirrors, tapware, shower screens, baths and vanities.
Payment
Payment can be made on placing an order, or at pickup for items collected from our store, or on delivery for items delivered by Prestige Spas. Items picked up or shipped via post or courier must be paid for prior to despatch. We accept Cheques and Bank Cheques (all cheques must clear prior to despatch), cash on delivery or pickup, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or AMEX (2% surcharge applies) or EFTPOS.

Freight
Products may be collected from our store (no charge applies), or posted / couriered directly to your nominated address (at your cost, payment to be made prior to despatch) or delivered by Prestige Spas (larger items only, recommended for pools etc - payment can be made on delivery as cash or credit card, or prior by cheque, EFTPOS or transfer). Prestige Spas will only deliver to metro Melbourne, unless pre-arranged. All interstate transport is via courier or post only unless a quotation is provided instore or on the phone.
